Shipping and delivery policy

Kaanam sells seats at meetups and passes for those seats. These are services: nothing is shipped and there is no physical delivery.

Seats

Your seat is confirmed in the app as soon as your payment goes through. The venue, time and group chat are shown in the app (for dinners, the venue is revealed at noon on the day). The service is delivered at the meetup itself.

Passes

Credits are added to your account in the app straight after payment, and pay your seats automatically once you're matched.

Something missing?

If a paid seat or pass doesn't show in the app within a few minutes, write to hello@kaanam.in.
